We handle everything; from signing the lease to collecting funds and completing a comprehensive move-in inspection that can all be easily accessed and tracked through your owner portal account.
We make it easy!
Using work-flow tools, we keep track of tenant move-in dates. Through series of checklists, we prepare your home and make it ready for you to move-in into professionally cleaned, carpets shampooed, all known defects addressed home. We make sure tenant obtained renters insurance, transferred utilities, and paid deposit, pet fee and rent prior to move-in.
On the day of the move-in, our trained staff will tour the home with tenant explaining everything in the home, self-help with emergency issues. We prepare a detailed move-in condition report with pictures and notes.
We keep in regular touch with the tenant to make sure their stay is as loving as in their own home.
In ready to move-in condition!
Using work-flow tools, we keep track of tenant lease expiry/move-out dates. Sixty days prior to tenant move-out, we list the home and try to ready a qualified tenant to move-in right after home is ready.
One the day of the move-out, our staff will do a walkthrough of the home and prepare detailed condition report with pictures and notes. We repair and deduct cost of tenant caused damages from security. We refund remaining security deposit to tenant within 30 days.
Our experienced maintenance technicians will go through 50 point checklist and repair as needed in order to make the home-in ready for new tenant.
